THIS IS YOUR
beginning
When your loved ones are gathered around you on the sofa, they’ll be
pouring through your wedding album to better understand the events and people that have shaped
your story.
Bottle up those heartfelt moments into images that make you feel as though the
history of your heart fits between the covers of an album.
50 years from now ...
I seek out natural moments and provide gentle instructions for modern, timeless work that honors the people and surroundings of your day. Additionally, every photograph you receive has already been refined before it reaches you. If something in the frame calls for a more careful hand, I take care of it without being asked and without it ever becoming a conversation. This is simply part of the standard you're working with, not an upgrade or an add-on. You are free to enjoy your gallery knowing every detail was already considered on your behalf.
From the moment you book, you are welcomed with white-glove service. From the beginning, with a personal welcome after booking and access to our exclusive online resources available only to SAP clients. From the timeline to the final retouch is built around one goal: that you feel entirely looked after, and entirely free to be present in your own day. Throughout the planning process, we strategically implement in depth coordination with your wedding planner to prioritize the details and interactions that matter most to you. Nothing is left undone. What needs a closer hand receives one, quietly and without discussion. This is where trust lives: in the details you were never asked to notice, because they were already handled.
My training predates any trend cycle. I offer clear, gentle direction so you look polished and editorial in every frame, without ever feeling instructed.
Composition, light, and form are the foundation that separates a documented day from a preserved one. The photographs I create are anchored in principles that have held for decades, and will hold for more. What you receive is not a set of images. It is your family's next heirloom.
After you inquire, we’ll immediately schedule a consultation to understand your vision and needs and provide you with a custom proposal. Consider us an open
book!
We require 50% down and a signed contract to secure your date, and
then we can officially welcome you to the SAP family! As with any celebration, you can
expect a gift. Be on the lookout for some happy mail headed to your mailbox!
8 weeks before your wedding, we send over a questionnaire to begin
crafting your detailed photo timeline. We are also available for venue walkthroughs or
planner meetings before your big day!
Soak up the moment! We document your day using a
combination of film and digital work to capture the intangible atmosphere of the day in
an organic way. Bring yourself right back into those in-between moments instead of
distracting from the bigger picture!
After the wedding day, you can expect sneak peeks within 48 hours. Once we receive the film scans, our team comes together to
curate, edit, and retouch your images in line with the signature SAP style. We'll even send a
gallery link to your vendors and work with your wedding planner for wedding
publication.
After you’ve had a chance to soak up your completed
gallery, we’ll guide you through the entire album design process so that sharing your
legacy feels simple and seamless.
Your heirloom album will arrive at your doorstep along
with your USB (and any other additional products!) to be enjoyed for generations to
come!
Our portrait sessions (family or engagement!) typically take place 2 hours before sunset. All of our clients receive a personalized session planning guide that walks you through location options and outlines our suggestions for coordinating different outfit styles and colors. We even send over recommended vendors for hair and make up in order to keep planning as stress-free as possible!
Of course! Part of the signature SAP style is creating organic interaction between the two of you for photos that represent your personalities. No stiff shoulders or uncomfortable smiles here!
Yes! We would love to include your cat or dog during your session. Consider bringing a friend along to keep an eye on your pet during the session so that we can get a good mix of “family” photos and romantic photos of just the two of you!
Photographers tend to be one of the first vendors booked after a venue is secured, so many of our dates are locked in 9-12 months in advance. We only take a limited amount of weddings per year to provide our couples with an exceptional experience, so it is never too soon to reach out and see if we have your date available!
Both! We are deeply inspired by the timeless artistry and true-to-life colors within film. It captures the ambience, colors, and emotions in the room in an authentic way that can’t be replicated through digital work. (There’s a reason that royal weddings are still documented on film!) We rely equally on digital mediums to ensure reliable backups of each heartfelt moment and to best capture low light situations such as receptions with flash etc. We’re always prepared with the professional equipment needed to capture your day best!
All of our wedding collections include a lead photographer and a second
photographer! We feel that this is crucial for achieving seamless coverage
and multiple perspectives throughout your big day.
The SAP team works together harmoniously and will often split up to
coordinate coverage across multiple locations, assist with gear, and
prepare for the next piece of the day so that the lead photographer can
focus on the couple’s experience.

Every wedding is singular, and so is every proposal we create. Pricing reflects your timeline, desired hours of coverage, travel and accommodations, and any heirlooms you wish to have incorporated. As a photography team devoted to white-glove service, our packages begin at $13,500 for wedding coverage, inclusive of your final deliverables and a comprehensive print release. Every package includes professional retouching at no additional cost, a standard we hold ourselves to, not an upgrade we offer, along with expedited delivery for media publications and privacy of content, both available upon request. We welcome the opportunity to discuss further customizations with you during your consultation.
